Data Choices
Moment does not currently create app accounts or run its own cloud account service. This page explains how to delete local app data and how to contact us about privacy requests.
Delete Local App Data
- Open Moment and use Disable all shields if you want to stop shields.
- Delete Moment from your device to remove app-owned local data.
- Review iOS Screen Time settings if you want to manage or revoke system permissions separately.
Account Deletion
Moment does not currently offer account creation, so there is no Moment account to delete. If account features are added later, this page will provide the web deletion request path required by app-store policies.
Support Messages
If you contacted support and want us to delete your support message or contact details, email momentapp@googlegroups.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject.
Ad Privacy Choices
You can manage app tracking permission and advertising privacy choices in iOS Settings. If Moment shows an in-app privacy or consent prompt, use that prompt to update the ad choices available in your region.
Purchases
Purchase records are handled by the app store provider. Deleting Moment from your device does not automatically delete Apple App Store purchase history. Manage purchases, subscriptions, and refunds through the Apple account that processed the transaction.
