These terms describe basic conditions for using Moment: Screen Time Guard.

License

Moment is licensed, not sold. If you downloaded Moment from the Apple App Store and no custom license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Use of the App

Moment is provided to help you create pauses before opening selected apps and to view Screen Time usage summaries. You are responsible for how you configure shields, timers, and unlock settings.

No Guarantee

Moment depends on operating-system Screen Time features, device state, permissions, and app-store services. The app is provided as available, and some features may not work if required permissions, entitlements, or store services are unavailable.

Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store provider. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, and family sharing are governed by the provider's rules and your store account settings.
